Eevgeny is experienced and skilled in supporting purchases and sales of companies, drafting corporate and investment contracts. He contributed to due diligence on real property, loans, and corporate matters, advised Russian and foreign clients on concession agreements.
In employment and forex regulation contexts, Eevgeny reviewed employment contracts, advised foreign companies on personal data protection, forex regulation and offshore accounts.

Contributed to due diligence of Arkhangelskgeoldobycha, one of the largest diamond-mining companies in Russia, conducted in conjunction with the acquisition thereof by Otkritie Kholding group from PAO LUKoil for $1.45bln); was member of the legal team of the Otkritie Kholding group and Skadden for transaction management.
Represented Microsoft in a global acquisition of Nokia's Device & Services arm by providing legal support for the acquisition of and integration into the Microsoft group of the Russian assets of the Finnish company.
Provided full-service support for Rusnano's projects: did due diligence, drafted investment and shareholders’ agreements, chattel and intellectual property mortgages, and amendments to the charters and other bylaws of project companies, and advised Rusnano on a broad spectrum of corporate and customs matters.
Did a due diligence on a major radio and communications system group (34 companies) in Russia. Verified the status of a strategic company and the need to obtain the consent of the RF Government to the transaction, and advised on the critical aspects of a stock purchase contract.
