Marina Abramova has been with AGP from day one. She has 20 years of legal experience in virtually all areas of Russian business law.
Marina's current areas of focus include antitrust law. Within this practice area she provides advice, due diligence, and client support in antitrust raids and proceedings. As a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts (former Competition Promotion not-for-profit partnership), Marina contributes to improving the Russian legislation in the context of antitrust regulation.
An important part of her professional activities is employment law advice, representing clients in litigation over various kinds of labor disputes and in pre-trial settlement of conflicts with employees, and in inspections by National Labour Inspectorate (NLI).
A special focus in her area of practice is on litigation in general jurisdiction and commercial courts, including real property title disputes, disputes with public authorities, including tax and customs authorities.
