Olga is a corporate law lawyer at AGP. For many years she has been vetting constitutive and corporate documents, producing paperwork for incorporations/reorganizations/liquidations of Russian and foreign companies and their branches and representative offices.
As a corporate law lawyer, Olga is in charge of paperwork for the accreditation of establishments and branches of foreign companies, personal accreditation and work permits for expatriate staff.
Drawing on her experience, Olga does the paperwork required for the reorganization of businesses and non-profits, as well as for the transfer of title to companies’ assets in the course of their incorporation and reorganization. Her remit also covers legalization of documents in accordance with the treaties of the Russian Federation.
Olga supports acquisitions of Russian stocks by foreign companies, contributes to due diligence of companies, does paperwork for opening accounts with authorized banks in the name of non-resident/resident companies and banking transactions, including, payments for Russian stocks. Olga is also handles tax registration of Russian and foreign companies and registration and de-registration of Russian companies subdivisions.
