Andrey Gorodissky & Partners law firm, one of Russia's leading law firms, was founded in February 1992 by practicing lawyers who for many years had been working in state foreign-trade organizations, legal departments of government ministries and research institutes in Russia and abroad. At its foundation the firm had the name "Business & Law" that in April 2000 was changed to "Andrey Gorodissky & Partners" to conform with the standards adopted in the attorney's business. All lawyers of the firm are members of the Moscow Bar Association.

All lawyers of the firm are graduates of the best Russian law schools and many of them worked as interns at major U.S.A. and West-European law firms.
