Kristina Tovstokoraia is a young member of our Corporate Law / M&A group, practicing law since 2018. She specializes in corporate, commercial and contract laws. Kristina’s key competency is legal support of mergers and acquisitions. She drafts all related transaction documents: participation interest or share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, options, investment and other agreements and various corporate documents.

Kristina also has solid experience arranging and conducting due diligence on companies from many economic sectors, as well as representing clients in corporate disputes or conflicts.

With her wide professional knowledge and legal thinking, Kristina advises clients on business structuring to mitigate investment risks and preclude corporate conflicts.
