Mikhail specializes in the comprehensive protection of rights to intellectual properties and means of individualization, specifically: ensures support for all trademarks, computer programs and databases registration procedures and documenting of legal protection of copyrighted works in Russia and abroad and also participates in due diligences of intellectual properties in projects associated with the development and implementation of companies’ internal policies and procedures concerning intellectual property, in pre-trial disputes settlement and conducting of litigations.
Mikhail is also involved in projects connected with the drafting, reviewing and recordal of contracts for disposition of rights to various intellectual properties.

Conducted a due diligence for an international deal in which a Russian company acquired exclusive rights to engineering solutions being a part of an unmanned aircraft system complex, developed by foreign partners.
Integrated development of the strategy for legal protection of client’s trademarks and rights in a number of litigations with a “patent troll” who abused the right to the marks similar to client’s trademarks.
