Interview with attorney-at-law D.A. Lubomudrov was published in the magazine Tribunal No. 3 (69) 2010. In the interview Mr. Lubomudrov shows relativity of advantages of international commercial arbitration, using examples from his own practice for illustration, and evaluates the possibility of mitigation of problems related thereto.
