The Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow Circuit (cassation instance) dismissed the appeal from the Ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court which had affirmed the award of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued in favor of our client.
