Cassational Board of Tula Region Court has reversed a judgment of the court of the first instance and issued a new judgment on a claim for recovery of damage from a traffic incident having dismissed the plaintiff’s claim for compensation of damage in the form of lease of a replacement automobile and reimbursement for loss of profit. The client’s interests were represented before the cassational instance of the court by Attorney-at-Law Marina Abramova.
