Legal proceedings at the Arbitration Court of Moscow against ZAO Deloitte & Touche CIS, one of major audit firms, defended by attorney Marina Shuvaeva were completed successfully. The Court approved a settlement agreement with regard to part of the claims and terminated the proceedings. The other claims against our client were dismissed.
