A court dispute between a consumer (plaintiff) and a big foreign manufacturer of confectionery (defendant) was decided in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff’s claim challenging the quality of products and the information about them was dismissed by the court in full. The decision of the court of first instance came into force. The defendant was represented by attorney Daria Nossova.
