The Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow Circuit has satisfied the cassation appeal of ST Development LLC, having reversed the Judgment of the 9th Arbitration Appeal Court and having affirmed the Ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court by which the Plaintiff’s plea for reopening of the case due to newly discovered circumstances was dismissed. Initially, the Moscow Arbitration Court had dismissed the claim of FPK Satori LLC (Plaintiff) for recovery of 52 million rubles (principal amount and interest) from ST Development LLC (Defendant). The Defendant was represented by attorney Marina Shuvaeva.
