Upon consideration of the dispute between a company owning and managing a big Moscow shopping center (defendant) and one of its top managers (plaintiff) who claimed unlawful termination of his employment, the court dismissed the plaintiff’s claim in full. The decision of the court of first instance came into force. The defendant was represented by attorney Daria Nossova.
