The firm took part in the preparation for an IPO of the shares of Tigers Realm Coal Limited (Australia), worth 37,500,000 Australian dollars, on the Australian stock exchange. A team of lawyers lead by Yuri Tsvetkov prepared legal opinion letters on the matters of Russian environmental laws in connection with the exploitation of coal fields in the Far East by the issuer's Russian subsidiary.
