The Arbitration Court of Moscow satisfied the first of claims brought by the Firm’s Client – Medical Insurance Organization challenging actions and decisions of the Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund. The Court found that Fund’s activities in connection with audit of the Medical Insurance Organization were unlawful due to the lack of relevant authority. Marina Shuvaeva and Daria Nossova, Attorneys of the Firm, represented the Medical Insurance Organization.
