A transaction connected with granting of a USD 345 million secured loan by OAO Gazprombank to finance a project involving construction of the Evolution Tower, a unique multi-function complex at the Moscow-City (Moscow International Business Center), has been closed. Attorneys of Andrey Gorodissky & Partners contributed to legal support of the above package transaction acting as legal advisers of one of the project participants. They also worked on the structuring and formalization of relationship among project participants in the context of the obligations related to the extended financing.
