On the threshold a jubilee conference of the Arbitration journal, the editorial staff invited well-known specialists in the area of alternative dispute resolution, one of whom is Dmitri Lubomudrov, partner of Andrey Gorodissky & Partners, to answer ten most topical (in the editorial staff’s opinion) questions. A discussion of those questions may be helpful in the determination of necessary measures for further effective development of alternative dispute resolution in the legal system of Russia.
