The Labor Disputes journal asked the Firm’s attorney Marina Abramova to express an expert opinion regarding the legal action brought by the former General Director of OAO Svyazinvest who seeks invalidation of the resolution of the General Shareholders Meeting to terminate him, as he believes the Meeting was not held in compliance with applicable legislation.
