The article analyzes the most notable changes in the Rules of 2006 as compared to the former Rules of 1995, including structural changes, changes concerning organizational foundations of the ICAC’s activity, commencement of arbitration proceedings, conducting and termination of arbitration proceedings, and other provisions.
