Well balanced concept has been developed.
The Russian legal services market has been wanting appropriate legal regulation for a long time. This October the Russian Ministry of Justice publicized a new draft of the Concept, which purports to resolve this issue.
AGP partner Alexey Gorodissky communicated to the New Advocates Gazette his views on the reasons necessitating the Concept, proper vectors in developing the legal fundamentals of the legal services market regulation as formulated in the Concept and what should be added to it.
