Alexey Gorodissky specializes in corporate law, intellectual property and commercial litigation.
For 20 years Alexey has been representing transnational corporations and leading Russian companies from various sectors of economy in investment projects and M&As. He was involved in implementation of large-scale investment and construction projects in Russia and abroad and supervised corporate restructurings of Russian and foreign holding companies.
Alexey contributed to implementation of investment projects and M&A transactions by advising, in particular, on IP protection strategies and other IP matters.
During recent years he has been providing strategic guidance for bankruptcy proceedings and litigating for clients in deal contesting disputes and disputes over imposition of liability (including secondary liability) on company owners and senior managers. Alexey also represents clients in corporate disputes and IP related proceedings.
Alexey has an extensive track record in providing business aviation project advising for high net worth individuals.
Alexey is a member of the Moscow Bar Association. He is also on the recommended arbitrators list of the Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
