Overview of the Key Novelties in General Provisions on Obligations and Contracts

We are pleased to offer you our Overview of the key novelties in general provisions of the law of obligations, which have been introduced by the Federal Law “On Amendments to Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” of March 8, 2015, No. 42-FZ, and will come into effect on June 1, 2015. The overview prepared in response to some of AGP clients’ requests was intended for use in internal corporate seminars on the topic.
