Elena Mirskova has been employed with AGP since the firm was founded and is a lead corporate and M&A lawyer.
She has a wealth of experience in managing M&As, corporate audits and restructurings and provides day-to-day legal advising with respect to operations of major Russian and foreign companies.
Elena heads the Corporate Registrations Group, which serves AGP clients by forming and liquidating legal entities, representative offices and branches of foreign companies in Russia.
She participates in securities offering paperwork, antitrust filings for acquisitions by foreign and Russian investors of voting shares (interests) in Russian businesses, as well as in preparation of constitutive and all corporate legal documents for any type of legal entities.
Elena’s track record also includes representation of clients before various government authorities, including tax and antitrust agencies.
