The focus area for Kristina Timoshenko is employment law. For more than 15 years Kristina has been advising Russian and foreign companies on various labor law matters. Within her practice area she drafts and reviews employment contracts and other HR documents, develops corporate policies and procedures, provides assistance in localization of international group policies and procedures, supports clients in HR restructuring and redundancy procedures. Acting as a labor law expert, Kristina contributes to due diligence checks for M&As.
Advising clients in disputes with employees and supporting them in the event of controversial employment terminations are among important areas of Kristina’s professional practice. She is highly experienced in resolution of labor disputes and representation before courts and also successfully supports clients during scheduled and extraordinary audits by government labor inspections or public prosecutor’s officers, and handles administrative proceedings in which public authorities are involved.
Kristina is a member of the Moscow Bar Association.
Furthermore, Kristina provides legal assistance in general business and antitrust, real property and land law matters and advises clients on day-to-day business issues.
