Nikolai Uzhegov is a Lawyer and Patent Attorney of Intellectual Property Practice group at Andrey Gorodissky & Partners Law Firm.

Nikolai specializes in the protection of rights to intellectual properties and means of individualization before the Chamber for Patent Disputes, Intellectual Property Court and arbitrazh (commercial) courts.

Nikolai handles procedures for registration of various intellectual properties, including trademarks in the RF and abroad, in particular in Asian and African countries, inventions, computer programs, industrial designs, software in the register of domestic software and participates in due diligences of intellectual property and audits of compliance with personal data laws, contributes to projects involving the development of trade secret regime.

Nikolai also has experience in handling matters before the Federal Antimonopoly Service under antitrust unfair competition laws in connection with unlawful use of results of intellectual activity, and in drafting agreements on author’s and related rights.
