Olesya Emkuzheva is a Junior Lawyer of Andrey Gorodissky & Partners Law Firm’s Bankruptcy Practice team.
She focuses on providing comprehensive legal services related to companies and individuals bankruptcy proceedings, deals contesting and protection and also participates in handling secondary liability matters.

Olesya has experience in interfacing with public authorities, specifically with the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs, tax offices and the Treasury regarding enforcement proceedings.
She attends court hearings where creditors’ claims are determined and participates in resolution of disputes between parties involved in bankruptcy cases.

Furthermore, Olesya prepares litigation documents for representing clients and reference materials on various legal issues.
