Anatoly Sherstin is AGP's expert practicing since 2009. He provides advice on registration of intellectual property rights and transactions with the Federal Intellectual Property Service (Rospatent) in Russia and with the Eurasian Patent Office abroad.
Anatoly provides end-to-end support for patenting inventions, utility models, designs, computer programs and databases, as well as follow-up with patent offices. He assists in registration and renewal of trademarks, conducts patent searches and provides patentability opinions.
Anatoly also conducts IP due diligence checks.
He has extensive experience representing clients in contesting patent rights and trademark certificates, as well as protecting other IP rights in courts and the Chamber for Patent Disputes.
Provided all-inclusive services to patent products of a construction and a food majors in Russia, one of oldest machine builders in Belarus and a number of household names in the West.
