The lawyers' work included, among other things, representation of the client in settlement negotiations, coordination of basic understandings between the shareholders, drafting and negotiation of settlement documents, including share purchase contracts, an agreement on settlement and waiver of current and possible future claims, other relevant transactions and documents, making arrangements for the transaction closing, rendering support in connection with the discharge of obligations of the parties upon the transaction closing.
