Our Corporate/M&A attorneys provided legal support to Local Kitchen, a meal delivery service, in its deal with O2O, a joint venture of Mail.ru Group and Sberbank.
As a result of the deal, O2O has obtained the 84.7% share in the service. The other shares remain with its founders.
