On May 18, 2024 the XI International Charity Lawyers’ Race Legal Run 2024 was held in Meshersky park of Moscow, where about 1,300 runners aged from 18 to 60 years took part.
Legal Run is an annual charitable race participated by law firms, legal practices, corporate lawyers and law school students and professors starting from 2014.
The principle objective of this event is raising as much funds as possible for contributing to the “Podary Zhizn” Foundation supporting children with serious illnesses and other regional foundations.
The organization of the races is funded by private donations and sponsor contributions of law firms and other companies.
In 2024 this initiative is supported by more than 100 law firms based in various cities.
Besides Moscow, the Legal Run marathon was joined in by participants in St’Petersburg, Blagoveshensk, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Murmansk, Saratov, Volgograd, Tumen, Vladivostok, Dubai, Belgrade, Milan and Limassol.
The AGP team that comprised partners and lawyers took part in the 5 km race and Alexey Gorodissky ranked in the Top 20 runners in his age group.
