Alexey Gorodissky spoke at the panel discussion on Imposition of Secondary Liability: Rules of Play and brought up the hot issue of liable parties identification. In particular, he dwelled on the novelties of the insolvency and bankruptcy law, such as figurehead and actual CEO, plea bargain for figurehead, and joint and several liability of persons controlling a debtor.
