Gleden Invest, a company of the businessman Alexander Klyachin, is now the owner of the Moscow Factory of Processed Cheese “Karat”. The AGP team of lawyers headed by partner Alexey Gorodissky advised Gleden Invest during the preparation and implementation of the deal.
Gleden Invest manages assets of the businessman Alexander Klyachin, i.a. Azimut Hotels (hotel operator), KR Properties (developer) and Metropol Hotel.
The Moscow Factory of Processed Cheese “Karat” (formerly Factory of Processed Cheese No. 1) was established in 1934. In 1963 the factory was merged by “Moloko” association of the Ostankino Dairy Factory. In 1996 Karat again became an independent enterprise.
