Sberbank CIB, the Corporate and Investment Sberbank Banking Business announced a package transaction whereunder Mcapital group of companies received financing. AGP Partner Alexey Gorodissky and Lawyer Jose Tobar provided legal support for 20 bln rubles mezannine financing, which led to optimizing the group’s legal and debt structure and also provided Investment Banking Department’s entry in the capital of the company holding the assets. The total project amount was 45 bln rubles.
