The Chambers Europe 2021 ranks Andrey Gorodissky & Partners in three categories: Corporate/M&A: Mid-Market and Intellectual Property: Filing, and Alexey Gorodissky individually in Corporate/M&A: Mid-Market- Russia.

With regard to the Corporate Law/M&A team of AGP, the Chambers notes that it regularly provides Russian law support on domestic transactions and joint ventures as well as acting on corporate structuring and governance mandates. Clients include notable Russian companies as well as investors. Advises on mandates across the real estate and construction sectors.

Speaking of the AGP Intellectual Property department, the researchers say that this is an active domestic team frequently engaged by international law firms as local counsel. Regularly assists with patent and industrial design registration matters, including contentious issues across the pharmaceutical, industrial and manufacturing sectors. Also acts for international corporate clients. Additionally, assists with Eurasian IP rights filing.

With regard to Alexey Gorodissky, the researchers note that he assists Russian clients with M&A and corporate mandates, and that an impressed interviewee pointed to his client-centric approach, saying: ‘He pays attention to the details and at the same time can see the whole picture.
