AGP lawyers have succeeded in obtaining a court’s order setting aside a decision of Leninsky District Court of Grozny to satisfy consumer’s 30 million rubles claim against AGP’s client . The Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic has held that the proceedings were initiated in contravention of the territorial jurisdiction principle and referred the case for trial before a court having jurisdiction over the actual place of plaintiff’s residence.
