The Smolensk Region Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court has recovered from the contractor in favor of AGP's client 9 million rubles of unearned advance, claimed by the client in connection with its termination of the construction contract. The client, a large construction company, was represented by AGP Attorney-at-Law Kristina Timoshenko.
The client received legal support both during the trial and pretrial stages, including drafting of a notice of termination of the contract, which was subsequently made a basis of the claim. Arguments about termination of the contract have been accepted by the court and the claim has been satisfied in full.
