On February 20, 2025 Dmitry Yakushev shared his expert opinion on Nuances of comprehension of the affiliation concept in bankruptcy cases at the annual “Bankruptcy-2025” conference organized by “Kommersant”.
In his speech Dmitry explained the affiliation concept, told about types of affiliation and its role in bankruptcy cases. Dmitry also specified how and by reference to which links the existence of affiliation can be proved, and explored various nuances thereof using hands-on examples.
