The Ninth Arbitrazh Court of Appeals upheld the decision of the Arbitrazh Court of Moscow, by which our client’s claim for recovery of debt together with accrued interest had been satisfied in full. The client, a top audit firm, was represented by attorney Marina Shuvaeva.
