The Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Moscow Region dismissed the cassation appeal and upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of Moscow of June 17, 2010 to dismiss the claim against our client, a real estate development company, for recovery of 52.5 million rubles for the works performed plus late payment charges.
