Attorney-at-Law Alexey Gorodissky successfully defended an AGP client’s exclusive rights to a marketing database developed for monitoring and analysis of tenders for pharmaceutical products held by government or commercial customers in Russia. The Lefortovo District Court in Moscow dismissed the infringement claim of a co-author of the database who attempted to challenge our client’s property rights and recover a maximum compensation permitted by law from our client.
