On September 2, 2013 the Moscow City Court upheld the decision of the Lefortovo District Court in Moscow to dismiss a claim brought against AGP’s client in full. The client is the owner of a marketing database developed for monitoring and analysis of pharmaceutical tenders held by government or commercial customers in Russia. One of the database co-authors attempted to challenge our client’s exclusive rights and recover a maximum compensation permitted by law. Alexey Gorodissky acted as the defense attorney.
