After consideration of the claim of our client Universal Pictures Rus LLC regarding the recovery of a debt together with interest under the delivery contract, the Arbitration Court of Moscow issued a decision to recover 16.78 million rubles from the defendant. The plaintiff was represented by attorney Marina Shuvaeva.
