The Arbitrazh Court of Khabarovk Region imposed administrative liability under Article 14.10 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences on Satellite LLC who imported into Russia products under a trademark confusingly similar to the trademark “TREND” owned by the client of Andrey Gorodissky & Partners. The decision was rendered in connection with action initiated by the Khabarovsk Customs who investigated illegal use of the trademark.
Trademark Attorney and Attorney-at-Law Dr. Elena Gorodissky represented the trademark owner during the customs investigation and in the proceedings at the Arbitrazh Court.
