The sale of the Russian trading subsidiary of our client – a major European footwear and accessories manufacturer – is successfully closed. The purchaser is a group of distributors of the famous brands of European and American clothes and footwear manufacturers. The work included a legal support in the transaction and restructuring of the target company’s debts. The seller was represented by Daria Nossova (Partner) who was joined by Irina Orlova (Partner) in the legal support to the transaction proper.
