In March 2008, the firm had represented MMK in the acquisition of the first 50% shares in Onarbay Enterprises Ltd. The work on the project included due diligence of dozens of operational companies of the Belon Group, participation in the negotiations on the structure and documents of the transaction, advice regarding law requirements to the transaction, and participation in the closing of this complex cross-border transaction.
