The employment law practice exists at AGP since inception of the firm and our attorneys practicing employment law have gained extensive hands-on experience on such matters as personnel restructuring, modification of employment terms, preparation for labor inspection audits and client support during such audits, and representation in courts. For over 20 years our employment lawyers have been helping clients build up their relationships with employees, they also audit documentation and assist in handling complicated employee terminations. Important part of our employment law practice is provision of advice on issues relating to work made for hire, commercial secret, occupational health and safety.
