Closing of the first tranche transaction. The preparatory work included advice to OPIC on a wide range of Russian law issues, due diligence of the borrower, preparation of a legal opinion letter, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents (a number of interconnected transactions underlying the funding and securing performance of the obligations).
