On December 13 an award ceremony for winners of the “PRObankruptcy Leaders 2024” rating, an annual survey carried out by the same-named Web portal, was held at Baltschug Kempinski.
This year Andrey Gorodissky & Partners (AGP) participated in this rating for the first time and right off ranked among leaders in disputes over imposition of secondary liability, having made their way to Group 1 in the nomination “Secondary Liability (Protection and Claims)”.
AGP have also been named among the upper-end Group 2 in the nomination “Deals Contesting/Protection” and not less significant Group 3 in the nomination “Full Bankruptcy Procedure Support”.
Those three bankruptcy segments represent one of the key areas of our bankruptcy practice where we have accumulated vast experience and expertise over the past years.
The rating’s researchers have also named our law firm among the leaders in two sectoral nominations: “Banking and Finance” and “Bankruptcy of Energy / Natural Resource Extracting Companies” and emphasized high level of sectoral expertise at AGP.
The “PRObankruptcy Leaders” survey, in which the best industry professionals – top-level experts who set quality standards and resolve the most complicated issues in the bankruptcy legal framework – take part, was conducted for the second time in 2024. Its authors noted that the objective was to have a closer look at the bankruptcies market and bring to the front the best of the best in various fields of this practice area.
The authors of the rating have also mentioned that this survey, that had shown sustainable growth by all key indicators, namely considerable increase in the number of participants, values of the cases and number of projects examined, has proved its significance for the professional community, fastened the standards with which the entire sector align and determined the vector of its development for the years ahead.
