Capital Amnesty. Live program.

In mid-March this year the fourth phase of the capital amnesty began. It is expected that this time the capital amnesty should be implemented on a larger scale than in 2015, 2018 and 2019. Apart from the amendments to the law on voluntary declaration of assets, the recent changes extend to the Tax Code and the Criminal Code as well as the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
