Held on February 27, 2018, the conference was focused on various labor law issues. AGP partner and attorney-at-law of its Employment group, Kristina Timoshenko, moderated the Legal Cases– 2017 roundtable discussing issues arising from employer/employee legal proceedings. Kristina also delivered a report highlighting the general principles of producing evidence in labor disputes and the rules of preparing evidentiary base for courts. Relying on her hands-on experience representing in courts, Kristina offered her recommendations on why it is important for employers to take proactive approach in disputes with employees and how appropriate key points should be highlighted in producing written evidence. An important part of the report was advice on preparing witnesses for appearing before court and what set of pieces of evidence should be used depending on the category of an employer/employee dispute.
